Refund and Returns Policy

  Tournament NO Shows/CANCELLATIONS: 

        If you enter an event and you don’t show up, you forfeit your entry fee.

        If you contact us directly (phone call/email/text/contact us) and cancel within a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the event, then we 

        will return your entry fee minus a $10 service charge, or you may forward your entry to a future tournament of the 2024-25 season.

        Send us a confirmation email to jeff_wirtz@comcast.net to receive a refund or to forward to another tournament. 

        If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event – and its your first ever GLJGT event , you will receive a refund of your entry fee minus a 

        $10 service charge. If you have bowled in GLJGT before and you are a current year GLJGT member , you will receive a refund of your entry fee minus a 

        $10 service charge. If you are NOT a current year GLJGT member, you will have the option to forward your entry to another tournament for the rest 

        of the current season, you will NOT receive any refund. 

If you cancel on the day of the tournament:

       You will have the option to forward your entry to another tournament for the rest of the current 

        season, you will NOT receive any refund. You must speak with us directly (phone call 269-579-1368), then send  

        us a confirmation email to jeff_wirtz@comcast.net  to forward to another tournament.
